Poem: Hold On To Hope

I woke up with a yoke from a

nightmare of travails

This feeling rooted deep in

my soul

Sometimes it pulls man down

and down under its weight

Who's gone free my soul

who's gone cut me lose

I said to my thoughts

Oh! then I heard the voices

from the tower of hope

Whispering and saying

Dear child, hold on to hope

for without hope all is lost forever \

and out of grasp like flames

disappear without tracks

Poem: Boys To Men

This is the path we part

for together on this lane we wane

Our idiosyncracies, in line not

anymore like those of yesteryears

We've grown to a different sizes and sights; we all

can be a king of its own kingdom

A man to move its own mountains

I go forth to my home

Thus go forth to your own.

Letter To My Compatriots

This times are bad

for the road is shoddy

from sixties to retrogression

Everything keeps crumbling to shambles

Green land with a whole lot of savages

Too long, too slow

When will the rain wash away the tears of the sun

and darkness stop ruling over our days

When will travails depart our land

and peace inhabit the society ones again

Oh! My father land when shall thee rise from

the grave and your bones virile ones again

Now is the time to awake

from a longer years of sleep

to stand at the apex, we've always dreamt of.
