The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been ranked the twentieth most expensive team to participate in next year football tournament in Russia , according to Transfermarkt.co.uk .
Experts of the Sport website valued the Nigerian squad to worth £80.78 million pounds excluding Chelsea’s Victor Moses who wasn't rated on the team squad because he did not participate in the qualifier and friendly against Algeria and Argentina respectively.
Brazilian team is valued as the most expensive team (£606.15m), followed by Germany (£572.85m), France (£572.85m), Spain (£543.15m) and Argentina (£475.65m).
Senegal is ranked the most expensive Africa team in the competition valued at £195.89m, followed by Morocco valued at (£88.56m), Nigeria (£80.78m) , Egypt (£76.05m) and then Tunisia valued at (£28.04m).
Our other rivals at the World Cup Croatia and Iceland occupy the eighth (£265.28m) and twenty-second (£56.12m) positions respectively.
