Its the first time in the history of the Uefa Champions League as five teams from the same country qualify for the knock out phase of the competition which was founded in the year 1955
These five teams are the Premier League giant Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur all through to the knock out stage of the 2017/2018 UEFA Champions League. Its also the second time that four teams from the same country finish as group leaders in a Champions league competition. Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Liverpool all progressed as group leaders.

Manchester United, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, FC Porto, Manchester City, Basel, PSG, Sevilla, Roma, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Shakhtar Donetsk, Besiktas, and Juventus.
First round draw for the 2017/2018 Champions League knock-out stage will take place at the European Football headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland on Monday, 11 December. It is scheduled to take place at 6:00 a.m. ET live stream will be available on UEFA's official website.
